Sevastopolskaya in Metro 2039

In 2039 almost the entire Metro answers to Hunter's Novoreich; Sevastopolskaya does not, and it is paying for it. Deep Silver names two threats: mercenary Raiders in the pocket of the Novoreich from outside, and agitators, propaganda and alcohol undermining its stability from within. The Renegade trailer of Aug 25, 2026 shows the station at that point. The GamesRadar+ hands-on of the Gamescom build ran about four hours from Sevastopolskaya Station up to the surface; the station's stalkers warned against a kindergarten up there. How the station plays is on Metro 2039 Gameplay. In the clip jackfrags walks through the station in 4A's footage of the pre-release build: its people, a trader and the station chief.

Sevastopol station in Metro 2034

Glukhovsky's second novel, set a year after Metro 2033, opens its publisher's blurb there: "At the Sevastopol station, cut off from the Metro, a man appears." He is Hunter, fighting "a lonely war against the dark" in the monster-haunted tunnels, with Homer, an old man who knows the Metro's legends, at his side. Deep Silver's summary of the book has an unknown disease spreading through the Metro and a girl named Sasha defying orders to destroy anyone who poses a risk. Metro: Last Light, the game released after the book, took a different path from it. The book itself is on Metro 2034 (Novel). The clip is WiseFish's retelling of the book.
